Privacy Policy

Pixaaa is run by NewMent Inc., 1810 Prosser Ave #4, Los Angeles, CA 90025 ("NewMent", "we", "us"). Pixaaa helps resellers photograph items, draft listings and publish them to marketplaces. This page covers what we collect when you use it, who else touches that data, and how to get it deleted.

What we collect

• Account details: your name, email address and login information.
• Item data: the photos you take or upload, and the titles, descriptions, prices, SKUs and notes attached to them.
• Marketplace connections: when you connect eBay, Shopify, Etsy or Pinterest, the access tokens needed to list and manage items for you. Tokens are stored encrypted.
• Orders and shipping: buyer names and addresses from your sales, so labels can be bought and printed.
• Usage data: pages you open, time in the app and basic device information, used to run and fix the service.
• Invite requests: the email address and the note about what you sell that you enter on our homepage. We use them only to review your request and reply.

How we use it

To run Pixaaa: identify and price items, write listing drafts, clean up photos, publish to the marketplaces you connect, buy shipping labels and send account email. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Service providers

We send data to these companies only to do the job you asked for:

• Anthropic (Claude): reads item photos and text to draft listings and suggest prices.
• OpenAI, Black Forest Labs (Flux), Photoroom and Google (Gemini): optional photo cleanup, background removal and model shots.
• SerpAPI: runs Google Lens lookups on item photos to find comparable listings and prices.
• eBay, Shopify, Etsy and Pinterest: receive your listings and photos when you publish to them.
• Cloudflare R2: stores your photos.
• Railway: hosts the app and its database.
• Resend: sends account and notification email.
• Shippo and EasyPost: buy shipping labels, which means passing them the buyer and return addresses.
• USPS, UPS, FedEx and DHL: carry the package once a label is bought.
• PrintNode: sends labels to your thermal printer, if you set it up.
• Google: sign-in, if you choose "Sign in with Google".

Once a listing is live on a marketplace, that marketplace's own privacy policy covers what it does with it.

Cookies

We use one cookie to keep you signed in and one to credit affiliate referrals, and no advertising or tracking cookies. Details are in our Cookie Policy.

Disconnecting a marketplace

You can disconnect a marketplace in Settings at any time. That deletes the stored tokens. Listings already published stay on the marketplace until you end them there.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is open. Email [email protected] to have your account and its data deleted. We remove it within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax, fraud or legal reasons.

California residents

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act you can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, and opt out of its sale or sharing (we don't sell or share it). We won't treat you differently for asking. Send requests to [email protected]. We may need to confirm your identity first, and an authorized agent can file on your behalf with your written permission.

Children

Pixaaa is for adults running a business. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy we'll update the date above, and email you about anything significant.
