Pixaaa ("we", "us") provides reselling tools that help sellers photograph, catalog, price, and list inventory across marketplaces. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

Account details (name, email), the product information and photos you add, and — when you choose to connect a marketplace such as eBay — the access tokens needed to create and manage listings on your behalf.

How we use it

To run the service: identify and price items, generate listings, and publish them to the marketplaces you connect. We do not sell your personal information.

Marketplace connections

When you connect eBay, you authorize Pixaaa to create and manage listings for your account via eBay's API. Tokens are stored encrypted and used only to perform actions you request. You can disconnect at any time in Settings, which removes the stored tokens.

Data retention & deletion

Your data is kept while your account is active. To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact us at the email below.
